A user reported all their presentations having disappeared. We made sure he was signed in with the correct group and account. They are currently in their free trial period, and have been using it without problems for the past 2-3 weeks. He would always make sure to click the sync button and previously had no problems retrieving presentations when starting up the computer or program. This started late in the previous week, maybe wed-thursday. I had him send us logs, and they are attached to this forum post. Anything there that may explain what's going on?
