Just finished the installation on my laptop along with the 6.3 update. Release notes:

Just installed and spent a little time poking around. The Concordance tool is MUCH better. The ability to use it on Collections (as per Graham's note in another post) would be fantastic now with these improvements.

The update did not work on my system. I have the blue circle with the "i" and when I hover over it, the pop up says resources are ready to be added to your library. Updates will be added when the application is restarted.
I restarted, I rebooted, still the blue circle. Also the "Concordance tool" does not display under "Reference".
Can someone provide insight?
