[resolved] Logos 6.3 not starting

I updated to Logos 6.3 and now the program will not start. I'm running on Windows 8.1 32-bit. My log files give an error about not finding a folder that existed only when I had Logos 5 installed months ago. Please help.

I took Randy's advice here and fixed the problem

This looks like a call to Logos Support to me, unless one of Faithlife's folks look in and have an answer for you.

Quite lucky. Randy was dealing with a different issue than the one you have and with Logos 6.2 not Logos 6.3. But if you are up and running that is what counts.
