Slide Dimensions

Hi!
What are the dimensions in pixels (height and width) for a Proclaim slide? I'm testing out adding our own custom images to content slides. First, I can't seem to get our images to fill the entire background of a slide. It often leaves black edges to the left and right of it. I'm also playing with one image to not fill the entire slide height and width but just on say the bottom half of the slide but filling the entire width. I can get it to fill the bottom half as far as height but not the full width. It won't let me extend it any farther. Are there any demo's how to deal with this? Do the images need to have the right dimensions when importing into Proclaim to handle something like this? Thank you and Lord bless!

The slide dimensions depend on the aspect ratio you are using.
4x3 : 1024 x 768
16x9 : 1920 x 1080
When you put images on slides they can either be the background of the foreground. The background image will be stretched to fit while maintaining the aspect ratio. So a tall skinny image will fill the height of the slide and have margins on either side horizontally. A wide short image will fill the other way.
A foreground image can be stretch any way you would like and placed anywhere on the slide.
