1. An easier way to filter my library. I want samples of filtering that we have in the search panel.

Trying to filter out the Perseus material.

This rule misses a number of books that are in my library.

"language:greek ANDNOT publisher:perseus" works for me.  Perhaps the parentheses muck it up.

Recognizing fgh's point, I'll add unfix tagging in the library. Mercy, mercy. I made the mistake of buying the new journal master and downloaded 4g.

Then I set about tagging it, which I thought should take 5 minutes or so. 45 min later I was ready for a refund. Logos codes good, but designs for people with the Accordance starter package.  Then you have similar issues on the mobile libraries.

Trying to filter out the Perseus material.

Suggest adding parenthesis to filter (to exclude perseus from resources found by searching subject OR all fields)

    (subject:war OR warfare) ANDNOT (publisher:perseus)

    (subject:war OR warfare) -publisher:perseus

    (subj:war OR warfare) -publisher:perseus

    Keep Smiling [:)]

We've had this thread before. Bob started it. fgh linked to it above. Starting a new one isn't going to affect the future of Logos at all. I suggest this is a waste of everyone's time. Go post on the other thread if you didn't get a chance to have your say yet.

And in a true demonstration that nobody reads the other posts in a thread before adding their two cents worth, I predict that this thread is going to grow to at least seven pages regardless... Sigh. Sheeep.

Rosie I read your post. I suggest Lynden change the heading of this thread to bear more directly on the specific examples he shared.
