PROBLEM: Nav Pane lacks chapters in Rick Warren book

Vyrso currently has a good special on:
Warren, Rick. God’s Answers to Life's Difficult Questions. Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan, 2008.

However, I cannot recommend this to others, as the chapters do not show in the Nav Pane, significantly reducing its usability:
