[closed] BUG: CBV to Publisher not completely working

If I bring up a verse in Copy Bible Verses (Verbum 6.3 SR-1, Windows 7 x64), and do a "Copy and Paste" into Microsoft Publisher (version 2013), the frame of the CBV floating window just flashes like it loses focus and then comes back - but it does not bring up Publisher. However, if Publisher is already open, it will paste into it.

This is different than Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, "copy and paste" will bring up a new document of Word/Powerpoint if it's not open and then paste.

Is this a bug in the interface to Publisher 2013, or is that feature not supported?

This sounds like the issue we have had with exporting to Excel (Ctrl+P); because you have an full online installation (e.g. Office 365) vs. a DVD installation of Office. I also have no problem with Word/Powerpoint in Office 365

All my Office products came from a DVD install, and Word and Powerpoint work fine. I suspect it is something else having to do with Publisher?

Anyone have an idea what is going on?

Yes, that was already set, but I clicked it again and let Office reconfigure, and no change. It works fine if Publisher is already open.

I checked the options within PUblisher and nothing jumps out as a possible reason it's not working

I checked the File Associations for Publisher files and they are set properly.
