Decided to try the Beta a couple of days ago. It worked well what little I was able to use it.
Since last night, however, it won't start. I can hold ctl while attempting to start and nothing happens then either.
Any suggestions?

How far does the startup of the program get? Does the splash screen come up? Does an error occur?
It may also help us to get log files, so if you could follow the steps in this support article and attach the resulting log files to this thread, we will review them: http://www.logos.com/L4/Support/DiagnosticLogging.

Well, there are a few places I start with suddenly new issues.....
Finally I wonder if you're talking PC beta or Mac Alpha?
PC beta. I can only wish for a Mac $$$$$
No changes. I had simply gotten out of the program and was starting it back up later to use it again.
I just went and saw that the executable was still running. I killed the process and it started up.

Well glad you're back in Jason. Maybe the log will show something to the programmers.
It is somewhat odd. Maybe it had something related to the fact that I had changed my email on my account, but I held down ctl so that I could change it when I first started the program last night.Oh well......
