We are having an issue with background videos freezing at random. These come from the Proclaim library and are not our videos. I have attached the logs below, please let us know if there is anymore information I can give you. Thank you!

Some video cards on Windows have sporadic issues with video playback. We have a workaround outlined here, however we're shipping a new version on Monday that may help the issue without using the workaround. Would be great to hear back from you after Monday's release and see if the issue persists on your system.
I would like to know if this works too as the update didn't work and disabling hardware acceleration made the transitions choppy.
