Poor formatting

Hello -

First of all, I am a big fan of Logos/Vyrso. I have been a happy customer for years now. That being said, I am disappointed in the poor formatting that I am finding in some of the books I have been purchasing. For instance, I just bought "Entrusted with the Gospel" by Köstenberger, but I was disappointed that (1) there were no page numbers, (2) the table of contents does not include the chapter titles, and (3) [most importantly] there aren't even spaces in between paragraphs. It was also seems as if all the formatting has been stripped from the text. There is doesn't seem to be any bold or underlining at all. I actually bought the kindle version of this book first, and then I returned it after I saw it was available on Vyrso. But this Vyrso edition isn't very usable, unfortunately.

Sorry - I am not trying to tear you guys down - I am just surprised by the product, and I didn't know where else to express it. Is there a possibility of this book in particular being updated format-wise?

I am concerned that Logos is going to get a reputation for very low quality books. Surely it can't take to much effort to do really basic cleanup?

For clarification: Vyrso resources are "bare bones" resources which are auto converted from the ePub files the publisher sends. Page numbers will not be included. With these resources your choice is 1) not have them in your Logos library or 2) have them in a lesser (vyrso) format. These resources are low margin and FL can't afford to spend much time with individual resources.

One of the positives about vyrso resources: FL is often able to extend limited time publisher deals on books... often $1.99, .99¢ or even free.

Is there a possibility of this book in particular being updated format-wise?

In some cases resources have been recompiled, but FL rarely does this. One concern about recompiling the resource is that users who have marked up their resource PRIOR to the recompiling may have their highlights shifted or lost.
