Hi,
I've been using Proclaim for a while now (it's great) but for the past few months, I've been unable to get it to run on my home PC. Having finally got round to trying to fix it, it seems to crash before Proclaim even gets a chance to run. There's no proclaim log files (as far as I can tell) and Windows Event Viewer just has this error:
