Not sure this is new due to update today or not

I thought I would click on the quickview. I think I had watched a bit of the videos in the past but not certain. Anyway, when I click now, and it happened on the intro and first part, I get 2 image scrunched up in the top and I can hear Morris speaking. I see the videos changing where they sit. Do I need a plugin or something?

I am running the most recent version of L6 and cannot reproduce the problem. This is just a guess, but your screen shot looks to me like you have some sort of graphics problem. What happens if you shut everything down and restart the computer?

Tried that but it did not help. When I first brought it up I got the same results.
Then it got weird. I clicked on maximize and I still had the problem. I clicked the maximize to return to small window and the screen cleared up fine. Maximize and it stayed fine. Minimized again and fine.
The I thought I would pause to see if I could figure out what was going on. Went I tried to start it up again the issue came back. Hit Max and it cleared up. Hit pause and it returned. Generally it seems like it clears up and plays if I leave the button alone so I think I can view them.
Weird. Windows 8.1 by the way.

Don't have to maximize just resizing the whole app or window causes it to flip between being stuck up in the upper portion and laying fine. Resize it a little or a lot and it goes back and forth.

and it did not cure itself overnight as I had hoped it might.

Logs attached since I think they may show something about the imaging issue as well as the 6.4 SR1 issue in the other thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/107018.aspx

As with the other thread, this is an issue Tech Support can best handle.

For an issue like this you should contact them directly. The forums are primarily user driven, thus the help/support provided is limited. You should contact Tech Support through the FL toll free number.
