Using Proclaim on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3

We have a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and I can Download Proclaim to it, but it won't open. When I go to the downloads in the computer, it says 'Please wait while Setup downloads files.' It freezes there and won't do anything else. Anyone have any ideas?

My advice is return it for a real tablet....get the Surface Pro 2 or 3 Pro. I had high hopes for the Surface 3...its a bust imho.

Bust = does not run Logos 6.0 properly or powerfully.

There may be some helpful information in the installer log files directory. These are located in your temp folder. If you paste the following path into Windows File Explorer you should see them.

%TEMP%\Logos Log Files
