Active / Inactive Title Bar Colour

There is a sublte difference in the blue colour of the title bar depending upon whether or not the applicaiton has focus.  The problem is the diffference is too subtle and I can not tell by a quick glance as to whether or not the application has focus.  Can the colour difference be made a little more obvious please.
