Text to speech - 32 bit vs. 64 bit voice

Windows 7 64 bit comes with Anna as the only voice, a 64 bit one.

I have set up another commercial voice as the default in the system, but it is a 32 bit voice.  Logos is a 32 bit program, but it must be looking for 64 bit only voices, as Anna still plays even though my 32 bit voice is set as default (see image, Paul is a 3rd party voice). Paul is not used by Logos.

Is it possible that Logos could use the true default of the system so we can use other 3rd party voices?
