When I hover over a truncated breadcrumb entry on the location bar, the full entry is not displayed.
This would be more of a feature request than a bug report. Currently you can click on a link on the Locator Bar to navigate to a higher section (then click Back arrow to return), or show the Contents Pane to see the location. I can submit your request to have the full heading displayed upon hover as well.

This feature is already present in the Mac version. It appeared 3 or 4 Alpha releases ago.
