We found a bug affecting a few of Faithlife's web sites and in order to ensure security we're requiring users that accessed these sites to be reauthenticated. This is why you may have had to re-log into Proclaim or into Faithlife.com.
Sadly, this exposed a long-standing bug in the Proclaim Remote application. The Proclaim Remote only has you login once, and this forced reauthentication has caused the remote to quit working. Instead of loading presentations, it provides an incorrect message asking you to check your network connection.

Until I can get an update shipped out for Android and iOS, the current workaround is to delete the app off your device, and reinstall it from the store on your device. This will allow you to sign in again.
