Help! I'm technically challenged and running Proclaim is outside my normal scope of work.
I need to upload an mp4 and have no idea how to do this. It contains both video & audio.

First add a Video service item to your presentation.
Then choose the Upload file option and select the video file to upload
You'll need to wait for the upload to finish, progress is shown in the bottom bar of the main window.

Also, since the file was too large I had to upload it to our Mac desktop because the file size was too big.
Hopefully I've got it.
It also has audio with it so hopefully that will all go seamlessly tomorrow night.
