Is there a place on Proclaim where i can find all the songs that i have entered in one place rather than searching each song by its name?
Not currently, though it's a commonly requested feature and something we'll likely support in the future. It would help me to understand what you're trying to accomplish that seeing all the songs at once will help?

We don't have a song select license for lyrics and such, just licensing for broadcast and church use license for the songs. Most of our songs are coming from a hymnal as i have to manually enter the lyrics into the program for each song. the it would help me to locate songs that i have already put into the system and to be able to grab them and drop them into the service order would be cool. Also i noticed as i edit a song lyrics such as Amazing Grace our chruch adds a 5th verse of PRaise God. however this verse never saves when i bring it up through add a song. hope this makes sense love the program

I want to help fix your problem with the fifth custom verse not saving. Are you selecting "Amazing Grace" from"My songs" or from one of the song databases? When I edit the song, which now appears in "My songs," and then add the song in a new presentation, the custom verse shows up. Do you follow a different process that yields a different result? Let me know and I will do my best to pinpoint exactly why this is happening.
