Organizing Personal Books
Recently, we've had a number of new personal books being uploaded to the Faithlife SDA group. I'm anticipating that relatively shortly, its going to be a challenge to organize and view these books. Therefore, we've created a user voice request to add organizing folders to the Personal Book Builder like the folder functionality with favorites (i.e. a SS Lesson folder etc.).
If you're interested in this functionality and have votes available, please vote here. If enough are interested in it, hopefully, it will get added to the Logos development roadmap.

Linden, I'm not sure why you would not simply do this with tags. That way you can search any particular tag with the information you are searching.

Bruce,
I understand Lindens post as well as the Uservoice request not to relate to Personal Books in the library, but to the PB builder interface that opens when you go through the menu Tools / Personal Books. It supports only Ctrl-F (which works like a filter / like Inline Search but not on all information) and scrolling, no other way of organization.
Folders like in favorites is a nice interim idea for some sort of management - for whatever reason Faithlife declines using the library UI for that tool, which would be ideally suited and allow for on-the-fly filtering instead of manually building a structure.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. This makes sense.

Bruce,
Mick is correct. This is strictly for the PBB interface. Its just a linear list w/no way to tag as far as I can see.

I updated the uservoice page to explicitly state that folder organization request is for the PBB, not books in one's library.

Thanks for confirming. Sorry I misunderstood.

I think that will be helpful.
