Which service item(s) in this presentation has motion backgrounds that failed to play? You can list service item titles so I can see which items you had troubles with. I was able to load your presentation and the few I was able to identify as motion backgrounds did play, but I'm uncertain if there are other motion backgrounds that I am missing.

I think all songs items have motion backgrounds but I'm sure that De Gloria en Gloria and Increible have motion. Now I restarted the proclaim.

Song items: Tu Nombre, El poderoso de Israel, MI REFUGIO and Te Amo do not play for me (backgrounds do not move)

Sorry those songs don't have motion backgrounds, I will try tomorrow if they work an
