Cross - John Piper, David Mathis - Problem with Table of Contents
When you click on chapters 3-12, 16, 19, it does not take you to the chapter, instead it takes you to a web page which says:
This webpage is not available
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
The server at text can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network. Search on GoogleCan someone please shed some light on this, and also can this be rectified please? Thank you.

Some ebooks use HTML as a navigation system within the book. My guess is that the original documents used an HTML navigation system. Your issue is with the actual "table of contents" page, right? Does the sidebar TOC work?

Did not even think of clicking on the sidebar TOC, but yes, that works. Thank you for enlightening me as to the HTML navigation. That is something I have learned today. Thank you alabama24.
