Proclaim: Web service error

So for the past couple weeks Proclaim has been freezing up a lot, even in the middle of service. It seems that when we force quit and re-open it works for a short time and then locks up again. It also runs incredibly slow at syncing. Sometimes it takes several minutes to sync upon opening and sometimes it doesn't ever finish syncing. We are running windows 8 with Proclaim 1.29. Here is the error log if you'd like to take a look at it.

Does your presentation include videos or motion backgrounds? What you're describing sounds like a video driver issue. First, please make sure your video drivers are up to date. If they are then try disabling hardware acceleration as outlined here. If this resolves the freezing then we know we have a video driver related issue. In this case we'd like to see more information on your video related setup which can be retrieved by following this article.

What is your internet connection like? Is Proclaim slow to sync in all locations or just one?
