I know how to create a passage list of all my highlighted text but can not find a way to specify a book or range?
If you are talking about creating a passage list from the bible, simply enter the range you desire in the reference box that is at the top of the add drop down. (e.g. John 3) If you are talking about creating the list from a non bible resource you have to select range you want to use.
No, I;m talking about creating a passage list only from passages that I have highlighted and only from a specific bible book or range of verses.
Do a Bible search and select the desired verse range. For the search text, do a search for your desired highlighting palette or style (in my case it's named "Yellow Highlighter") (See Search Extensions section of the help file: logos4:Help;ref=advancedsearching). Then select the "Save as Passage List" option from the panel menu (the magnifying glass icon in the top left of my screenshot).
