I cannot order books from Faithlife in UK, they will not accept my postal address. Why is that?
What is the exact message you're getting? At what point in the checkout process?
Hi Mark, thanks for your help, there is no message but in the checkout the only country is USA, cannot change it, and all the US states are displayed with no "other"
Is this on logos.com, or another of Faithlife's sites?
I received an email from Fathlife offering a book by Max Lucado. I don't get a problem on Logos.com

In my account on Faith gateway Store, I cannot change the country from United States, there is no other option. My postcode is TW1 2HG. UK postcodes are normally with a space in the middle and 6-7 characters, but Faith Gateway will only accept a 5-digit code with no spaces.

Which also explains why you can't change the country code. Books publishing rights are very particular. You will likely need to buy the book from a UK distributor.
