DVD/CD-ROM Video for Assembly Time

Desperate here! I can get the Video loaded onto Proclaim Media Presentation; however, I can select the sessions. Obviously, Proclaim doesn't have this option to select so what are we to do? I do use HANDBRAKE to change format to .MP4 but when I put the DVD in my external drive, I can't get it to play to be able to select what part of the video I can cut out  and use. Make sense? I couldn't get it to work last night and had to use a TV to show this part and really don't want to do that tonight. HELP!!!!!!!

I'm not quite sure I follow. Are you having trouble seeking to a specific position or "chapter" within a video? You should be able to accomplish this using the video scrubber shown below.

If you're trying to skip to a specific chapter (typical in DVD formats) it would be easier to use Handbrake to rip only the chapter you want to play. Then you can just play the video item in Proclaim and not worry about seeking to the correct position.
