Not quite, as most Logos bundles provide dynamic pricing. You still don't have a good method to figure out "what's new to me," but at least you don't pay twice for a resource.
I did have one thought...
I don't know how many "publishers" would be listed. If it is ONLY "baker," you could try sorting and filtering your library by something like edition:e to find which baker vyrso books you have.
