I have installed Logos 6 on my surface tablet and was told that there was a way to move the library to the sd card but cannot figure out how to do it. Has anyone figured this out?
Welcome! [:)]
Hi Joey:
I agree with the previous reply. SD cards are not the best media to keep your library on. They're great for use in a camera but not as any kind of permanent or even temporary storage of valuable data or files. I have personally had SD cards fail for no apparent reason and unlike a hard drive, it's almost impossible to restore data once they've gone bad.

I am puzzled. My Logos library is not valuable in the sense that it is not already replicated in the clouds. What is the problem with putting it on an SD card even if the card dies???
I suspect that this is not even the only machine used by Joey ...
My personal word documents etc a different matter. They get backed up into two different clouds by me.
The point wasn't "you are going to lose your books forever," the point is that performance stinks. Furthermore, while you are right that you can still gain access to the resources at a later date, there is the inconvenience of it.
the point is that performance stinks
That does make sense!
