Can we get the rest of the Christ Centered Exposition commentaries? I noticed there are two on vyrso and 48 planned. Some 12 or so already released. Thanks in advance.

I see that Ephesians has come, so we have three now.
Unfortunately, they are all $9.99 now (versus 2.99 at Kindle)
Just curious, since these books aren't tagged like Logos editions, what's the reason for not price matching Kindle versions?
