Logos Now discounts

When the free month for Logos Now came out, a number of us were disappointed not to have the opportunity to see any special discount though it was advertised as one of the benefits of joining. In the last blog on the Grammar expansion collection, this claim is repeated. I would like to know if any deal has come out yet and specific examples could be provided to help the rest of us evaluate to which extent this may be an incentive to join.

I subscribed to Now about 10 days ago. I didn't go for the free month but instead took a whole year to take advantage of my July birthday coupon.

Near the end of July I got an email with coupon codes for the July featured books. It works to about 1/3 off the regular price of the titles. It is valid until Aug. 8, so you don't have to decide right away.

I also got a separate email with a coupon code for $10 off an order of $20 or more. That expired on July 31.

I imagine there will probably be a discount on featured resources every month. I don't know if the $10 off coupon was one time only or will recur. In any event, I did quite well for the month.

I think it would be in Logos' best interest to market this aspect of Now a little more loudly & clearly. IMO, it makes the service, even in this initial stage, a lot more attractive.
