What Bibles are supposed to be part of 3.0 - Bible Study Library? I don't see a price for the TNIV license but see it as part of a Bible Study Library. HELP
I can no longer find the chart that explains what is part of the Libronix (Logos 3) Bible Study Library. I'm quite sure that the TNIV was not included originally, since it wasn't released until after Libronix was originally released. There was an upgrade to most of these collections later that did include the TNIV, but I don't know if that included the Bible Study Library.
The TNIV is in the Logos4 Bible Study LIbrary package. A crossgrade from the Libronix Bible Study Library to the same in Logos4 will give you those resources, and make most of them available in Libronix as well (with a special download script). I'm not sure what the cost of the crossgrade will be for you, but I can tell you that you will get some new resources. Even if you don't use Logos4, and stay with Libronix (for now), the crossgrade could be a good value for you.
I have an older version of leaders library and tniv was not included, but later on in an update it was added to the 3.0.
My current version of the Bible Study Library (3.0g) has it. I'm not sure if it originally came with the TNIV or was added when the updates hit from f to g, but it's in there.

Interesting. How do I find out Which update I have? - i'm also finding out that the Bible Study Library 3.0 comes from different folks. Mine is the Thomas Nelson one. Which do you have? Thanks
How do I find out Which update I have?
At the top click ---> "Help" At bottom of flyout menu ---> "About Libronix DLS"
A screen will pop up with your version info near the top.
Sherri,
I don't where you are, but in the original shipped versions of Logos3 the various versions of the NIV cannot be unlocked in various countries (eg Australia where I am).
Are you in one of the blocked countries?

From what I can gather, the TNIV and NIV are not part of the package I bought......maybe it was at one time, but not at the time I purchased it so I'm just out of luck.....or $$ if I want to add it to my library. I'm not ready to do that yet. thanks all for your comments and help.

Sorry for reviving an old thread.
How does one get the TNIV in Libronix/Logos?I was looking at an online auction, which carried a Logos Bible Study Library. TNIV, New Testament was listed. I'm looking for the whole TNIV.
Lee, the quickest way is to call in with the serial id. The long way is to load the disk and sync licenses.
To clarify: I don't have the product yet. Right now I'm looking for a product that has the TNIV, both Old and New Testaments.

It isn't available for purchase in Logos any more.
My understanding is that it is no longer published (been superseded by NIV2011) and can't be made available electronically either.
Hi Graham! Thanks for replying. Yes, I'm aware it's not for sale now. I'm wondering what previously sold product contained the entire TNIV, so I can hunt for it on online auctions!
Sorry Lee - I missed the point of what you were asking.
From http://community.logos.com/forums/p/28219/208936.aspx#208936, the TNIV was included in early versions of Logos 4 base packages (pre the "KF" release).
See the description of Scholars, for example, at https://www.logos.com/contents/scholars#001 which has it.
So some versions of Logos 4 base packages could be an option - but later versions did not include it
Hope this helps, Graham
You're great as always, Graham! Thank you.
