There are a few folks at our local church who have Kindle Fire's and have the Faithlife Study Bible app installed. However, they cannot follow our Proclaim service from within the app. One individual showed me in their app that they can see our Proclaim group but it shows 0 presentations even while we are live with a presentation. They have follow presentations set to on. Is there a way on the Kindle Fire to check if they have Location Services set properly in the app to while using app? I know how to check that on an iOS device but not sure about where to go on the Kindle Fire. Has anyone else had this issue with a Kindle Fire and trying to follow a Proclaim presentation? If anyone is able to follow Proclaim presentations from the Faithlife Study Bible or Logos app on a Kindle Fire HD, could you please let me know what your settings are? I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide. These dear people would really like to follow the service from within the app. Thank you and Lord bless!
