Help: Text Layout of Resources

Hi

I have been doing one of the m.ED Logos courses and in the videos noted that the layout of the presenters text and formatting of resources was different to mine and looked a lot cleaner and easier to read (Bold Chapter Headings etc)  I have found where I can change the font size, but not the look of the whole book. 

I am assuming this is a global setting for how you would like to view your books/bibles but I cannot find it.

Any help would be much appreciated (I am a little OCD with text layout)
