Logos Doesn't Re-size in Windows 10

Friends,
When I re-size Logos 6 under Win10, I get black areas and mis-arranged Logos tiles where the new window should be. I also get hash if I mouse over these black areas. If I alt-tab to another app, then back to Logos, everything is fine until I re-size again.
All other apps I've opened so far behave normally.

I have not experienced this on my laptop. Perhaps it has something to do with the Surface Pro screen resolution or graphics card.

Hmm. If it is a video issue, you'd think Microsoft would get the drivers ready for their own hardware before releasing a new OS.
Other possibilities I should consider?
