Choppy video when played through proclaim.

When video is played through Proclaim for our presentation it is choppy/jumpy. This is very noticeable when there is a video of people speaking as you can tell the audio doesn't match exactly with the video. To work around the problem, we usually play videos from Windows Media Player directly. Then they play just fine. However, it would be much easier (and the whole point of Proclaim) to play them directly through proclaim.

Is this a known issue? Are there any solutions or is there a fix in process?

I followed the troubleshooting guide and that did not resolve the issue. Disabling hardware acceleration actually made the video worse. All drivers are updated. Again, the video runs fine through Windows Media Player.

I ran the graphic card diagnostic and have attached it.

Aaron, from looking at your DxDiag file it appears you are using an Intel HD onboard graphics card. These video cards can have issues with choppiness that are consistent with the information you have presented. They are generally sufficient to play videos through Windows Media Player, but they may not be able to render these videos adequately within a Proclaim presentation.
