Vyrso order not downloading.
I have emailed Vyrso support but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue ever?
Yesterday I placed an order for two books it went through and as typical I go to Verbum desktop and enter "Update Resources" I am told there is no updates available. I figure I just have to be a bit more patient. I tired several more times... even leave Verbum on all night thinking it might eventually find it. Open up my apps on my phone and iPad and still no sign of the books. It is like they were never ordered even though I have a record of it.

just to make sure: could it be that you ordered the two free Pre-Pubs currently on Vyrso?

Neither books appear to be Pre-Pub... I did have something similar happen before but that was simply a bad setting in my downloading preferences and never affected my iPad/iPhone. Both books are now greyed out telling me that i own them. I have just never had an order fail to materialize like this before.

They have finally just shown up... I just need more patience I guess. But I have never had books take this long to show up before.
