The devotional book is based on the 365 days of the calendar year and doesn't contain the whole content of "Experiencing God". Below is a copy of the contents.

I was curious of this also. What I found is that the devotional contains 384 pages, and the standard book (if it's called that) is 272 pages. I can't be certain, but the page count suggests that it would contain a lot of material from the standard book, if not the entire book. Unfortunately, I don't have either to compare.
EDIT: Bruce has it already. For .99 I'll be getting it also. Maybe the other one will go on sale at some point in time. Also, in looking this up online, I found that there is a lot more resources that can go with this (workbooks, study guides, etc.).
