In the WARM UP section of the service the option "auto advance" on a video item is greyed out - why?
Because the the nature of the Warm Up section is that everything in there just plays through once so the 'auto advance' is superfluous.
Pre-service loop - loops (i.e that is for announcements etc that cycle so that folk can note them whenever they come in)
Warm Up - plays through once (for the final things that should be in mind before the service starts - time countdowns - phone warnings etc)
Service - time to sleep
