  • The listed percent of discount on products affected by dynamic pricing is pretty much useless to me.
  • I want to know the amount of discount on products that I want to buy.

Hover over the (i) above the price.

That new feature is extremely useful.  What I should have said is I'd like to know the percent of discount on what I want to buy-without including the dynamic pricing discount, which I don't really need to know.

Yes, I agree with that. The 'headline' discount percentage is worthless on dynamically priced items.

Not only that but misleading as well.  I need 3 of the Word Commentaries which I can get for $9.99 per volume ($29.97) but if I take their deal I pay only $32.18

Longtime Logos user (more than $30,000 in purchases) - now a second class user because I won't pay them more every month or year.

I believe I saw something in the forums that this was due to a publisher restriction, that Faithlife were aware of it and were offering some credit as compensation to those who took the whole set rather than individual volumes.

You'd need to find the original article for the exact details.

In general, I agree that showing the discount of the not-owned volumes would be better than the current discount with dynamic pricing - I can't think of any rational reason I'd want to know the latter.
