Countdown videos not playing since upgrading to Windows 10

I recently upgraded our Media Center desktop to Windows 10, ever since then the countdown video portion of our Warm-up loop has stopped playing. I have downloaded and installed the Windows 10 Media packs, but it still refuses to play the countdown video. Video motion backgrounds seem to be working fine. On-screen Bible animations are working fine...just that countdown video in our Warm-up Loop won't play. Any ideas?

Can you provide some details for the presentation that you have that reproduces the issue? Specifically, presentation name and service item names. We can take a closer look here and diagnose further.

It was our September 13, 2015 presentation, however I removed the video prior to the service start, as it was not playing. It was the Summer Breeze 1:00 minute countdown timer that wasn't playing. However, over the past few weeks none of the countdown timers have played. It just shows a blank (black) screen until the timer would normally be done, it then progresses to the next slide in the presentation, just as it should.

Hi, Alan. My first thought was also the Windows Media pack, but it appears not to be a codec issue. When I access the countdown timer in your presentation (Sept 6) it plays fine, so we can rule out the file itself being corrupt. The next step here is to take a look at your logs and see what is happening. If you are able to reproduce the issue (on air, countdown doesn't play), it will put us closer to solving the problem.

Please open a session of Proclaim, reproduce the error on air, then close Proclaim. This will generate a log file. If you can upload the proclaim.log, the proclaimerror.log, and the cef.log I can examine those.

Do you have problems playing any other items in the warm up loop?

Do the countdown timers play properly outside of the warm up loop, or do they never play properly at all?

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply...plenty busy...

The countdown videos work on all of my other machines that have Proclaim installed. Animation (Bible slides) display properly. Motion graphic backgrounds do not...regardless of where the countdown video is put (warm-up, pre-service, service, etc., they do not play). The log file from last Sunday is attached below:
