Why is this preorder taking so long????

When I first preordered this on April 1, the expected ship April 7 if I remember correctly. Every week this date changes and it now shows 9/16 which I am sure will change again by tomorrow or the day after.
I was very disappointment when it was accidentally shipped on August 3 and I had to wait several weeks for a refund and I lost a few cents in the transaction the due to the conversion from CAD to USD and back to CAD.
This ebook has been available on Kindle since February. Why is Vyrso taking so long?

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience with this pre-order. Occasionally our system has difficulty reading and converting a new epub file, and so the shipping date gets pushed back—it appears that this ebook is one of those cases.
I've contacted our publishing team to see what we can do to get this ebook pushed live as soon as we can. I'll give you an update what we know more! Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

This was supposed to ship yesterday (September 18). Now I cannot find it in my order history and I have not received an email alerting me that it is ready to be downloaded.
Can you provide another update?

I have the same issue. I have checked my library several times already. I also noticed that it's available for purchase on vyrso.com

my credit card is not expired nor declined.
I have sent customer support an email and got no where. They basically said it has shipped try update now.m
As I told them, this order has disappeared from my order history. I have received no email telling me it is ready for download.
