Three-Year Sabbath Readings Lectionary

Here is a new three-year Lectionary that provides the standard weekly Torah readings on an annual cycle, along with all the rest of Scripture on a three-year cycle.

Following this plan, after 3 years, a person will have read the Torah three times and all the rest of Scripture once.  Each Sabbath readings include the Torah portion and a Psalm, and in addition alternate between reading book of the Old Testament (Hebraic) and the New Testament (Apostolic).

Note that the Biblical calendar used is not the traditional Jewish (Hillel) Calendar (based on a formula which is only an approximation) but instead is one that begins the month more accurately based on the actual first visible crescent moon.  The beginning of the year (day 1 of Nisan, month 1) is established by the requirement that the first month begins on the first crescent moon following the spring equinox.  This seems to be most logical way for the people of Israel to have established the new year, since the spring equinox is easily observable (the day when the suns shadow falls on an east-west line all though-out the day).
