Since at least 2 weeks, online manuscripts service is not working anymore on my computer : I am getting "no results" for any NT text. Am I the only one?
Thank you for your help!
It's working for me
Can you provide any more details?
Here is what I get :
I have the Logos 6 Biblical Languages pack. My Internet connexion is good (and I have set the "use internet" on "YES" in the program settings).
I have the Logos 6 Biblical Languages pack.
I am unfamiliar with that one, but assume it is "less" than "gold." Right?
From the website:
Please note: This product does not contain the Online Manuscripts feature from Logos 6. To get the complete Textual Variants tooling for your software, you’ll need to upgrade to Logos 6 Gold or higher.
If you had subscribed to Logos Cloud and stopped subscribing, that would explain why you no longer have access.

Alabama - which page are you referring to here
Biblical Languages does include the Online Manuscripts dataset (https://www.logos.com/product/43566/biblical-languages) which should provide what is needed here
Can you access the Institute for New Testament Textual Research website at http://ntvmr.uni-muenster.de/about ?
Thank you for your answers
Biblical Languages is a special Academic pack which is cheaper than Gold, have less commentaries than Gold but more Greek and Hewbrew tools than Gold. Online Manuscripts dataset is included. https://www.logos.com/product/43566/biblical-languages
I had suscribed to Logos Cloud then stopped, but I used this tool before Logos Cloud. (I can even prove it with a video I made on november 2014 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrxszFE3vwE [form 3'30] [:)])
Graham : Yes, I can access to this website.
Thanks for the report, we're looking in to this.
My issue has been fixed with the last update: the dataset is now working properly. Thank you for your help!
(Here is the proof with a video published today [in French] : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tXGbBMdrds )
This appears to be broken again. L 6.6 SR2 Mac.
Broken again for me also. L 6.6 SR2 Windows 10
Hi John.
I reported this after seeing your initial post this morning.
Mine is broken now as well. Is the a reoccurring issue?
Is this still an issue? I still do not show any results...[:(]
Rick? Gabe? Phil? Anyone?
There have been random issues with web services and access. We have a developer aware of the situation who has been proactive in trying to resolve why this happens. But it is somewhat random and non-reproducible, at least in house.
So yes, we're aware and trying to make our interaction with the INTF web service and the delivery of those results to users more reliable.
Thanks Rick! I look forward to the resolution. Please, Keep me posted.
Is there any known fix? Like, restarting the program or something, I rather badly need access to this tool.
Thanks,
Nathan
I don't get any results for Online Manuscripts. I created an account at Institute for NT Textual Research, but I still don't get any results. Does this mean the problem hasn't been fixed? I just learned about this feature, so I don't know if I could get results in the past.
Bump... any update on resolving this issue?
I'm also having this problem: I get no results. Has anyone heard when this problem will be solved? I told people about this feature, in order to persuade them to buy Verbum, and now it seems not to work. Rather embarrassing for me.
I know Rick said earlier it was somewhat sporadic, but I'm getting proper results this morning. Could you please give me an example of a reference that isn't working?

The example I posted early on in this thread - Hebrews 1:1-2 - is no longer providing any results for me.
And I don't get any results if I run the Guide on the whole of Matthew

Huh. That's the first one I tried:
I'll pass the info along and see what we can figure out. Thanks, Graham.
Dylan, no go for me using 6.8 Mac. Just shows no results.
I am seeing the same thing that Graham sees. I am using 6.8
I still get nothing. I have 6.8 and Logos Now.
I spoke to a developer and this is apparently some form of authentication issue with their web service, from what I understand. He's working with them to get it sorted, though I don't know how long that will take.
Thanks Dylan

Dylan,
Thanks for your quick follow up. I haven't posted an example since the conversation seems to have moved on since my post and your question. I guess we're on the right track at this point?
Best,
James

Seth, that's awesome. Thanks for your hard work.

Can you let me know if it is working for you now? -Seth

It wasn't working for me on a Mac running El Capitan before, but it's working fine now (at least, it is for 1 Corinthians 14).
Working for me too!! Thanks so much for tracking this down.
This is now working for me, thank you very much! At first it wasn't, but I closed and re-started it and it works great.
I really appreciate FathLife's response to this issue. Thank you again.
Another question for you, does this resource include the Old Testament? It seems only New Testament manuscripts are available. Is that right?
Yes, this is NT only, see description at https://www.logos.com/product/45464/online-manuscripts-dataset
Thank you. Does anyone know if there is an OT resource in the works, or perhaps a Dead Sea Scrolls?
It's now working for me! Thanks!
