Since at least 2 weeks, online manuscripts service is not working anymore on my computer : I am getting "no results" for any NT text. Am I the only one?

Here is what I get :
I have the Logos 6 Biblical Languages pack. My Internet connexion is good (and I have set the "use internet" on "YES" in the program settings).
I have the Logos 6 Biblical Languages pack.
I am unfamiliar with that one, but assume it is "less" than "gold." Right?

Please note: This product does not contain the Online Manuscripts feature from Logos 6. To get the complete Textual Variants tooling for your software, you’ll need to upgrade to Logos 6 Gold or higher.
If you had subscribed to Logos Cloud and stopped subscribing, that would explain why you no longer have access.
