Two improvements I'd love to see

First, I love the new grid preview mode, it allows our team a lot more flexibility in seeing what's upcoming and jumping around if needed. However, we've noticed that when advancing through it during a normal service, once you reach the last item in the grid (e.g., current slide is the bottom-right grid item) you have no idea what's coming up next. This has caused us some 'oopsies' moments where someone has inadvertently advanced to the next song thinking there was another verse left, or clicked on the wrong thing when trying to scroll down to see. I think a very straightforward solution to this is to make the current slide selection always be one grid line before the last grid line. That way you always have a chance to see what's coming up next.
The second, a common use case for us is to have a few songs after each other, and sometimes the worship leader will talk a bit before the next. We usually blank out the slides using the quick screens in these cases. However, if you use the arrows for next when we're ready to move on, you end up showing the lyrics to the last song. The only way to seamlessly advance from blank screen shortcut is to click on the next song item. Given that there's a quick screen for 'last slide' already, wouldn't it make more sense for "right arrow" action while on blank screen to go to the next slide in the service? That would save a click, and make keyboard-driven service running a lot easier.
Thanks!

Nick, I love the idea in number 1. It seems that there was a bug WAY BACK in the timeline view that prevented the last slide from snapping back to the beginning, so this request seems reasonable.
As for the second, here's what I would do (for what it's worth). If you just want to remove the text from the screen, you can always hit the "no text" screen and then when you click the next slide arrow (or the right arrow key), it actually moves to the next slide in the series seamlessly. I don't know if you are like me in this sense, but I like to have the same backgrounds for all my songs for a cohesive feel to the presentation (or at least the same background for groups of songs). This method would work well for that as it blanks out everything on the screen except the background which is not really distracting unless it has a lot of movement. Hope this helps.

Thanks Josh, the solution for #2 worked out well recently; I appreciate the tip. All that remains open is the fix for grid view.

Well actually I think there is a similar problem with the ribbon view. I think that ideally the current slide should be about 1/3 rd of the way in from the left hand side of the screen and that the ribbon should move while the selected slide position stays static. It is always handy to be able to see a couple of slides back, it is alway useful to see quite a few slides in front.

Yeah, I'll look into both these (Grid view and the timeline). Good suggestions
