Unable to access Proclaim

Installing the latest update has resulted in our computer not being able to access the program.  The error message we received "the item, 'Proclaim.exe' has been changed or moved."  This resulted in being completely locked out.

Our first recourse was to uninstall and reinstall the program hoping the path would be properly restored.  However, this did not alleviate the situation.  We are running Windows 7 Professional as our operating system and the computer has always performed well.

Hi Sullivan,

When you launch Proclaim are you launching from a shortcut? If so what is the target of that shortcut?

You can get the target by right clicking on the shortcut and select Properties. Under the "shortcut" tab you should see a Target attribute.

Your target should look like: C:\Users\<your account>\AppData\Local\Proclaim\System\Proclaim.exe

If you go to the Proclaim folder (C:\Users\<your account>\AppData\Local\Proclaim\) do you have System, System1, and System2 directories? Does System\Proclaim.exe exist? If so does System1\Proclaim.exe or System2\Proclaim.exe exist?

Will these launch?
