Roku: Unable to connect to Faithlife servers

Faithlife TV quits on the Retrieving Catalog... screen "Connection problem: Unable to connect to Faithlife servers." I've tried signing out, restarting Roku, uninstalling and reinstalling and get the same message. Is the server down? I have used it successfully before, but not since the update mentioned above, probably a week or so since I was last on. Roku store shows latest version at 2.0, Aug 28.
EDIT: The first time I launched it it did open, but was only showing a very few of my courses, only in section BI. I tried signing out and back in to refresh, but after signing out it hung on the Refreshing screen. Then I tried restarting and reinstalling as mentioned above.

Yes I am also experiencing this same problem hopefully the update will fix it, that Bob mentioned in the other thread.

Are you still seeing "Unable to connect to Faithlife servers?"
Unfortunately I have not been able to reproduce this error on my own Roku today. I have a suspicion that maybe there was some service outage yesterday that has been resolved. I'm currently investigating how something might have gone wrong yesterday without us knowing.
We're so glad our Roku channel is quickly seeing use!

Unfortunately, I am still having trouble. I just tried and got the same message. I again removed the channel, restarted Roku, Reinstalled the channel and get the same message. Yesterday, when I first ran into the problem, I was initially able to access the channel, but I was not seeing all my m.Ed courses. I then signed out ("*", sight-out). Since then I have been unable to access the channel. It stops on the initial screen, Retrieving catalog.

I am still having the problem which Randy described where only 2 Mobile Ed courses are showing, the BI series 1 and 2.

I have a Roku 2, I can connect to Faithlife TV. Over the last two days, my mobile Ed courses no longer show up, but everything else does.

I've finally reproduced this issue. Investigating now.
"Connection problem" is now fixed but the "Get started at Faithlife.com" sign in option is currently not working for some. Looking into the sign in problem and Mobile Ed issue now.

Are you all still having issues with Mobile Ed? Can you tell me which Mobile Ed courses you are missing? I don't seem to have the same problem–all the courses I own appear.

The Faithlife today is also not up to date, there haven't been any episodes added since last week when this issue began

On my account, I only see the BI series courses. Nothing in NT, OT, TH, etc. I have the NT & OT Programs, Studies in the Gospels Bundle, the original Foundations Bundle, possibly others. I only see five courses in the BI series. Also, the first couple of Faithlife Today videos hang at 99%.

@James, do you not see the new episodes at all? Or are they just not playing? The 55 most recent episodes should be up although the first two seem to be hanging at 99% (working on this).
Our goal is to have new Faithlife Today episodes appear in the Roku channel as soon as they show up on https://today.faithlife.com/. Unfortunately there may be a several hour delay in these early days of Faithlife TV.

Correct, there was no new content since the date that this issue began. I believe about 4-5 days ago

When I tried out the update earlier I also noticed that the ones that did play stop on the last frame: they don't return to the menu or advance to the next video.

Thanks so much for this and all your work on the Roku Channel. Mobile Ed vids are working great now. It's much nicer and more inviting on a TV monitor than a computer monitor.
