Proclaim starts to Open...

Currently Proclaim will start to open but will not make it past the first screen before crashing. This started happening after the most current update. I was able to refresh my computer to a restore point before the install of the update and it worked, but i would like to be able to run the current version.

Hello Nick, sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Are you on Windows or Mac? The easiest way for us to diagnose the issue is to get log files from the crash. Unfortunately for this case those log files are overwritten each time the application is started so you'd have to install the latest version and reproduce the crash for us to get what we need. Instructions for retrieving the log files can be found here. If this is not something you're comfortable with I can have a support person reach out to you as well.
