Can't Update Logos or Proclaim

Every time I start Proclaim or Logos it announces an update is ready to be installed. I click to install and get an error message: "The selected user does not have sufficient privileges to complete the setup. Please choose Administrator from the Run As... dialog." I choose Administrator and get the same message. My IT man granted me all the privileges he has as an administrator and I still get the same message. No one else on our church's network is having problems. Any suggestions?

Keith, I would recommend completely uninstalling Proclaim and reinstalling it after your admin privileges have been granted. Is your IT man able to install Proclaim? That would let us know whether the privileges he's giving you are sufficient to install Proclaim yourself.

Thank you for the suggestion. I uninstalled Proclaim and Logos along with the prerequisites and restarted my machine. Now I can't reinstall Proclaim - I get the same error message when I try to run the installation. I haven't tried Logos yet, but I'm getting a bad feeling I'm going to be without either of these this weekend.
