I have made sure I am in the title field before I change the font color but all that changes is the color of the lyrics only.
I just discovered I have to select the text box on the slide. Too bad this is not consistent between content. Guess I should make that a suggestion?
Hi, Bob. The text editing field on the left side is not intended to reflect any changes you make within it. All changes to color, font size, etc. will be reflected on the currently focused text field on your slide. This is so to ensure that your content is easily readable on the left side of the screen even if you are applying different effects to it.
If you have multiple text fields on a slide, clicking on each one in turn will allow them to be edited separately.
Thanks Peter, I did realize that. But what I did not realize is that for the Title, one has to select the Title box on the slide rather than clicking in the Title box on the left. One can click in the lyrics box on the left and make text attribute changes, but then when one clicks in the Title box on the left to make changes, though the text attribute buttons are still all active, those still only effect the Lyrics box and not the Title. Make sense?
Sorry I was confused initially about what you were saying. This will be fixed in the next update, thanks for pointing this out!
And thanks for your help!
